Bohubo Backup is an internal backup tool operated by Bohubo for its own servers. This policy describes how it uses Google user data.
The tool requests only the Google Drive scope drive.file. With this scope it can
read and write only the files it created itself in the Drive of the account owner. It cannot see,
read or change any other file in that Drive.
The tool uploads encrypted backup archives of Bohubo's servers into one folder of the owner's Drive, reads them back to restore or check them, and deletes old archives on a retention schedule. It does not access any personal data of Google users other than the owner's authorization to use Drive.
Google user data is not shared with, sold to or transferred to any third party. It is not used for advertising or for training any model.
Backup archives are encrypted before upload. The OAuth token is stored only on Bohubo's own servers, readable by the administrator account only.
The account owner can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
